As of 31. December, 1996, a draft of
the complete thesis in PDF format is available. Known problems:
most of the page numbers are off by one, and page 94 is blank.
The raw experimental data, as a
tab-delimited text file, is also available.
The thesis is presently being converted into HTML format. Check
again in February 1997.
